Lessons from Under a Palm:
A Tribute to Dave & Alice
Inspired by one of my heroes, this mosaic is dedicated to my grandparents, especially my grandmother who received a heart transplant. I remember as a child sitting on the swing under the palm tree in their backyard and having discussions with them about life. The copper clock on the front represents the passage of time and the copper weights that stretch over the top and swing on the back represent the lessons and discussions we had.
